Ezgi Emre is a senior humanitarian and development consultant with over a decade of experience supporting international NGOs, donors, and research consultancies across the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, Asia, and Africa, in crisis-affected and protracted settings. Her expertise includes humanitarian protection, gender equality and social inclusion, child protection, evaluation and learning, and rights-based programming. Ezgi has led and contributed to emergency responses, impact evaluations, needs assessments, outcome mapping studies, and organizational capacity-strengthening initiatives, working closely with local and international partners. She has held senior global coordination roles with the International Rescue Committee and previously worked with DG ECHO, Save the Children, CARE, and national civil society organizations. Ezgi holds a BA in Political Science and is completing an MA in Human Rights.
