Laura Friederichs is a results-oriented Program Manager with a career in driving international humanitarian initiatives. Over a decade, she played a key role in building and expanding global public health programs at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria in Geneva, as well as with UNDP in New York. Laura's extensive portfolio includes program management in diverse locations such as Malawi, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Belize, Bolivia, El Salvador, and Central Asia. Her expertise spans results-based financing, program monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and health systems strengthening. Earlier in her career, Laura contributed to OSCE-funded projects, focusing on supporting vulnerable populations in Kosovo. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Public Health (Global Health) at Harvard University's T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
